Business continues to be buoyant with a highly profitable operation focussed on customer service and quality. The company is backed by approval from the UK CAA, EASA (21/145) and the UK MoD and is also accredited under ISO9000. The role of Quality Manager is to support the authorised person and develop the quality systems which support regulatory and customer needs through the continued development and improvement of systems and processes. It is also a critical role in educating and promoting the quality and airworthiness agenda across the organisation.
Candidates will be of graduate calibre with expertise in EASA 21G standard as a minimum, part 145 approval expertise would also be welcome. Experience of audits, coaching managers and instigating process change is highly desirable.
