A great British success story, our SME client manufactures highly complex engineered components and systems for use in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Working in a range of exotic materials, the company has world-class CNC machining, assembly and fabrication facilities allowing it to produce to ultra-high precision and quality standards.  They also offer a ‘single point of contact’ modular assembly service, designing, procuring, manufacturing, assembling and testing complex assembly modules to the customer’s specification.

They now seek a highly professional Sales Director to join the Board.  You will be fully responsible for winning the new business that will ensure that the company continues to meet its ambitious growth plans.  Almost certainly you will have a ‘hands on’ technical background.  It is essential that you have a proven track record of B2B sales in a high quality environment.  Experience in either the oil & gas or high vacuum sectors would be particularly beneficial.

The role attracts a negotiable salary, highly attractive Director’s bonus, company car allowance and the other usual Director benefits together with relocation assistance, where appropriate, to an area of the country offering an outstanding quality of life.
