Ramsey Hall is one of the UK’s longest established consultancies in Executive Search, Business Psychology and Talent Management and is the current SHL Partner of The Year.  Our search teams recruit predominately at head of function and director level, but also for non-executive directors and interim managers.  Our search practice is fully integrated into our management consulting team which is active in assessment & development, board composition & effectiveness and people & change consulting.

We are now looking for experienced retained recruiters who have the business insight and personal creditability to operate at board level.  We are flexible as to which sector consultants operate in, but would be especially interested in supply chain, financial services or board level experts.  Potential to cross sell into our other consultancy areas further adds to the attractiveness of our offering and, ultimately, earnings potential.
