Exciting Pre-Revenue Opportunity

Venture capital funded, our client has spent 10 years developing a world leading, materials based technology that is set to revolutionise the battery industry.

Now in the final stages of manufacturing development, the company will go revenue positive in the next 12 months.

And as they do, it is essential that they have a top class Commercial & Marketing Director to ensure the maximisation of this outstanding business opportunity.

Your multi-faceted role will include leading the company’s commercial activities, its outbound marketing activities and its sales channel management activities.  Moreover in each of these areas you will need to build a team from scratch.

Clearly this is a hugely challenging role and to succeed in it you will need a strong commercial background in a technical, and probably electro-mechanical, environment.  Outbound marketing and sales management experience is very highly desirable as is time spent in an SME.  Previously having run a product start-up would be a very distinct advantage.
