The Occupational Psychology Group, a division of Ramsey Hall, operates our business psychology practice and is the currently the SHL Partner of the Year.   Ramsey Hall works in partnership with global organisations such as BAE to ambitious SMEs’ both in the UK and internationally.

Working closely with the Talent Management Practice Leader, we seek to recruit a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who can work on a diverse range of projects from assessment through to change management.  Additionally, the successful candidate will also be expected to take part in business development and thought leadership projects in order to help develop new business.

The role requires a blend of consultancy skills and technical ability.  We will, however, consider newly qualified business psychologists as well as more experienced professionals.  Previous experience of Hogan, MBTI and/or OPQ32 would be preferable.  However, conversion courses will be sponsored where necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant to experience the whole human capital management consultancy service, working with senior management within client organisations.
