The Issue

Executive one-on-one Outplacement ProgrammeWhen our global engineering and manufacturing client decided to close its main UK based manufacturing plant there was understandable concern amongst its long serving management team as to their personal futures. Several middle and senior managers opted to accept an outplacement programme offer and were asked to choose from several providers who had been accepted onto the company’s preferred suppliers list. Ramsey Hall was unanimously chosen to undertake an executive programme.

The Solution

Our consulting team of HR professionals were complimented by our Executive Coaches and Business Psychologists who combined to provide a comprehensive and bespoke programme for each participant. Our ‘non process driven approach’ means that we tailor each bespoke programme to suit the individual’s needs. All participants received support to manage change as well as establish their personal marketing collateral. We then worked to help them prepare for a job market that was alien to most of the participants.

The Outcome

Several participants received job placements within just a few weeks of working with us. In some cases promotion was achieved! Meanwhile the Company protected their Employer Brand as well as morale amongst their commercial staff who remained in the newly formed commercial office.
