Assessment

Ramsey Hall’s business psychology practice, The Occupational Psychology Group, provides a raft of assessment solutions from individual psychometric assessment through to complex assessment centres and 360 degree feedback projects.

In the last year alone we have assessed over 200 candidates who applied for either our consultancy led recruitment projects or our clients’ in-house led recruitment (as well as assessment managed by other recruitment organisations).

Cost Effective

Assessments vary from cost effective online assessment via our SHL and Hogan bureau services to complex assessment and development centres.  Each assessment receives the personal attention of a qualified and experienced consultant, who can recommend assessment tools, prepare bespoke reports and/or recommend bureau reports (as well as providing face to face, written and oral feedback as appropriate.

We have also carried out numerous assessment and development projects using 360 degree feedback and/or psychometric evaluation, and designed succession planning and management development interventions by our executive coaches and HR teams.

Succession

The life blood for any business is its ability to build, retain and develop its talent.  Our experienced consulting team works with organisations to map present and future leadership capability and to plan for future people needs at all levels of the organisation.  Typical projects include organisational design projects which help to identify high potential employees, develop your key individuals so that they reach their potential and, as importantly, retain talent in your organisation.

Development

From team leader to director level, our HR Consultants, Executive Coaches and Chartered Occupational Psychologists have vast experience of facilitating individual and organisational development via taught training, group learning, personal development planning and coaching as well as role redesign and redeployment advice.  We also provide other employee engagement services such as climate surveys and employee communications advice.
