More and more clients are concerned with board performance in their business.  Our role is to underpin our board recruitment services with a comprehensive board effectiveness review service.  Our consultants begin with a thorough audit of board practices and where required the identification of competencies required for board success.  We then assess each individual director and collective board performance against these benchmarks in order to understand individual, collective and organisational strengths and development needs.  Our aim is to help move client boards from a traditional ‘oversight’ function to a ‘contribution’ function which adds true value to client organisations.  We also help ensure excellent corporate governance is in place which is fully compliant with Combined Code standards.
