…to the latest edition of Approaches as we reach the middle of 2012.

For Ramsey Hall the summer is an important time as we near our financial year end. I am delighted to report that we are weathering the economic storm and our business is buoyant in spite of the economic gloom which still seems to be blighting the UK as a whole.

Recent executive search mandates continue to be dominated by leadership appointments which in turn aim to facilitate organisational change amongst our clients. In addition to a number of key projects, our talent management and organisational development practice has provided capability development centres for many hundreds of managers in the last year – an enormous logistical achievement for the team.

With numerous executive assessment and succession planning projects in progress, we believe this further underlies our client’s desire to achieve positive step changes in performance and efficiency across their organisations.
